Returns

If you change your mind about an item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items should be returned in their original condition, together with all included packaging, tags, and accessories. You may inspect the item only as reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and condition.

VeilBond does not currently offer free returns for change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your order. We cannot process a refund until the returned item has been received and inspected.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at veilbondstudio@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, at veilbondstudio@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue where applicable. We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

This does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under local law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

For full-order returns, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost originally paid. If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

Once approved, we aim to process your refund within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another set or set size, please contact us at veilbondstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or issue a refund where applicable.

Any price difference between the original and replacement item will be communicated before the exchange is completed.
