Shipping & Delivery Times

All orders are processed before shipment. Please note that our estimated delivery times include order processing and handling time, which may take 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Depending on the courier, tracking information may take up to 2 business days to become active.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, customs processing, local holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and available shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at veilbondstudio@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line “ORDER CHANGE” or “CANCEL ORDER.”

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving it, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at veilbondstudio@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos if applicable.

We will review the situation and work with you on the appropriate next steps.
